"EDMONTON, Jan. 18, 2019 /CNW/ – Aurora Cannabis Inc. (the “Company” or “Aurora”) (NYSE: ACB) (TSX: ACB) (Frankfurt: 21P; WKN: A1C4WM) today announced that it has priced its previously announced offering of convertible senior notes due 2024. The Company will issue US$300.0 million aggregate principal amount of notes, or US$345.0 million aggregate principal amount if the initial purchasers’ over-allotment option is exercised in full. The notes will be issued at par value."
