You've choose to top, fim, or just let it grow.. Now what do you do? Low Stress Training (LST) is a very quick and easy way to increase the overall quality, amount, and denseness of the bud sites. Here is a quick photo tutorial demonstrating how do preform LST on your plants.

Primary Vs Auxiliary
Tie down the branches according to size, The branches you want to stretch leave those ones untouched so they can. What this does is allows more light in to convert the auxiliary chutes to primary.
The final goal is to open up more bud sites to increase your yields, LST will let you achieve this, try it for yourself!
